Hearing Instrument Specialist
Max Dixon is a Hearing Aid Specialist. Max is originally from Durham NC and moved to Raleigh NC in 1982. Max attended Sanderson High and started working at Enviro-Chem Management in 1987. Max began working in the hearing industry in 1995 and was drawn to the profession because he enjoys helping people.
What Max loves most about saving hearing lives is helping people enjoy the things they like to do. Max strives to give his patients a better-than-expected result in his everyday work with patients.
Outside of saving hearing lives, Max loves spending time with his family and working on his classic cars.
Dawn Slavin, PSC
Patient Services Coordinator
Dawn Slavin is a Patient Services Coordinator. Dawn is originally from Potomac, Maryland and moved to Chapel Hill, North Carolina in 2012. Dawn attended Harcum College and started working at the Cary Audibel in 2022. Dawn began working in the hearing industry in 2015 and was drawn to the profession, because her Mother always thought she had good hearing and diction. What Dawn loves most about saving hearing lives is, the excitement of the patients when they can hear clearly for the first time in years. Dawn strives to make every patient feel comfortable and welcome in her everyday work with patients. Outside of saving hearing lives, Dawn loves spending time training her dogs, photography and hiking in beautiful places.
