A truly excellent hearing and hearing aid center. The audiologist knows his stuff and explains issues clearly and succinctly. He understands hearing aids inside and out and has helped me solve issues with my Starkey hearing aids a number of times. If you have hearing or hearing aid issues, this is the place to come to!

I’ve been a patient here since 2023 and I’ve been satisfied every visit. The environment is casual yet clean and Dr Dixon is very easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. I don’t have anything negative to say about my experiences.

I knew my hearing was bad for the last 10 years at least but was always hesitant to do something about it. My wife became very frustrated carrying on a conversation, so I decided the time is now. I went to the Audibel Hearing Center and was quite impressed with the process. I was given a comprehensive hearing test (unlike the crude hearing tests I received in grammar school many years ago) and it confirmed the fact i had trouble hearing certain sounds and higher pitches. I must say Max, the proprietor, has extensive experience and knowledge in fitting hearing aids for your personal needs. Max will help you get started with how to take care of the aids and will schedule follow-up appointments with you. The hearing aids he recommends are top notch and I'm sure they satisfy any individual's needs. He is located in Cary and appointments are available. If you are on the fence of getting a hearing aid, consider Audibel Hearing Center in Cary as your first choice.

They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. They took the time to thoroughly explain my options and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I had a first rate experience with the Cary office of Audibel. They were able to work me in with a timely appointment and I had no wait at all. The office was clean and professionally run. Max was able to fix my problem quickly and took the time to explain my issues, and how to care for the hearing aids. Very knowledgeable and they offer top line equipment.
